Job Overview:

Our Production Operator is a key team member who helps manufacture our quality inks and pigment products. Responsibilities include receiving and processing raw materials, operating equipment, quality control, and customer shipments.

Duties:

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers.
• Gather all materials for batch formulations.
• Monitor process equipment, including amps, temperature, and conductivity.
• Follow batch operational guide sheets.
• Ensure correct weighing of materials per formulation.
• Unload batches and store materials appropriately.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup of the department and work areas as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand detailed verbal and written instructions and work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and handle weights up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures and dusty environments.
• Forklift certification.
