Job summary

Grundfos in the United States seeks a hands-on Production Team Lead to guide a production group, driving safety, quality and output while pushing continuous improvement across daily manufacturing operations.

You will plan shifts, coach operators, apply Lean and 5S, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance, quality and supply chain to minimize downtime. Salary ranges from $54,200 to $71,880.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a production leadership or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams of 10+ operators.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience using root cause analysis tools.

As our new Production Team Lead, you will be leading and coaching a production team to deliver on safety, quality, and output targets while driving continuous improvement across daily manufacturing operations. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Production Operations team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence and team development that directly contributes to Grundfos's mission of pioneering sustainable water and climate solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

The salary range for this position is $ 54,200.00 - $71,880.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
