Job summary

RailWorks Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to run various machine equipment and assist in manufacturing the NARSTCO product line. You will work with a team to produce high-quality output meeting customer needs and goals.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, following SOPs, and collaboration with foremen and peers. Prior forklift experience and manufacturing familiarity are valued, with opportunities for growth within RailWorks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience and certification a bonus.
• Basic reading and mathematics skills.
• Knowledge of punch press, form press, forklift, calipers, tape measure, PLC equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely according to procedures.
• Perform production activities for processing NARSTCO products.
• Follow instructions from Foreman and Team Leads.
• Ensure correct pieces are placed on racks.
• Band products and inspect bundles as directed.
• Move materials with forklift to staging area.
