Job summary

Sharon Tube Company, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Production Worker in Niles, OH. You will help operate the production line, ensuring safety and quality as you handle materials and run machinery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and a strong eye for detail. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to understand basic machine functions.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Willingness to work shift schedules and varying hours.
• Ability to pass job-related physical, background check, and drug screening requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power equipment to support safe, efficient production.
• Run production machinery to maintain smooth line operations and output.
• Handle and move raw materials to designated areas to keep production running.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts to support material handling needs.
• Use packing and banding equipment to prepare products for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
