You will operate equipment, move materials, and support packaging and shipping tasks while following all safety protocols and company policies. A positive attitude and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machines.
• Attention to detail and dependability are essential.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime.
• Must pass hair follicle drug test and background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and/or power equipment and ensure proper operation of machinery.
• Run machinery to maintain production standards.
• Handle materials and move raw materials to designated areas.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate forklift or other mobile equipment for material handling.
• Operate packing and banding equipment to prepare products for shipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
