Job summary

Charter Wire’s 81st Street facility in Milwaukee is hiring a Production Operator for the 1st shift. You will operate multiple high-powered machines, pack parts in the Sort and Pack Department, and help keep production flowing in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The role offers weekly pay, quarterly gainsharing bonuses, a generous 401(k) match with profit sharing, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance, plus PTO. GED program available to help you obtain your diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED program available to help you obtain it.
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack parts and ensure accuracy in the Sort and Pack Department.
• Identify and report machine issues to keep production flowing.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe and efficient production line.
