Job summary

Charter Wire’s Milwaukee facility is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (6am–2pm) in the Sort and Pack Department. You will operate multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED reimbursement offered if not possessed.
• Must work safely and meet minimum physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Pack parts and spot machine issues in the Sort and Pack Department to keep production flowing.
• Work as part of a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
