Job Description: Production Operator (Seasonal Nights)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with all legal and food safety standards.
  • Complete quality and production reports accurately and hourly; perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming goods; report defects to leadership.
  • Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations diligently.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas.
  • Manage raw materials to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Work in all assigned production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as required.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Be able to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule or as needed based on production demands.
