Responsibilities include:

1. Positioning work pieces against stops or aligning layout marks with die or blade.
2. Activating the machine by pushing buttons or depressing pedals.
3. Monitoring machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
4. Measuring work piece dimensions to ensure accuracy.
5. Performing minor maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work pieces.
6. Riveting and spot welding work pieces.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements:

Work Conditions:

This role operates in an industrial environment with exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise, dust, fumes, and outdoor elements. Regular standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, operating machinery, and lifting may be required. PPE must be worn as required. Overtime, including nights and weekends, may be necessary.
