Position: Production Operator (Seasonal Nights)

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the shift meets safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions
  • Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Complete quality and production reports hourly; perform visual inspections and report defects.
  • Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all production areas.
  • Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
  • Work in all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule based on production needs.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing environment (entry level).
  • Experience managing people/projects (entry level).

Experience may include a combination of work and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years managing people/projects.
