Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of work areas to keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Prepare tables and equipment for daily production activities.
• Operate a mixer to blend curing ingredients accurately.
• Use a ham press to process meat products as required.
• Lift and transfer hams from bins to tables safely and efficiently.
• Lift bags of salt and other ingredients, following safety protocols.
• Use a knife to trim meat with quality and precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
