Job summary

Albaugh, LLC in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an Assistant Formulation Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and control equipment, monitor processes, and ensure safety and quality in a high-speed unit.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will process raw materials, support environmental health and safety, and participate in continuous improvement. A high school diploma and willingness to work overtime are required; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime to support continuous operation.

• Manufacturing experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operates and controls equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Maintains and monitors process equipment in accordance with established procedures and processes.
• Maintains and improves safety in the unit and is responsible for housekeeping in operating areas.
• Receives and processes raw materials using chemical reactions and manufacturing operations to produce finished products at the specified quality level.
• Supports and adheres to the principles of Responsible care and applicable requirements by protecting the environment and assuring the health, safety, and security of our employees, vendors, customers, suppliers, and our community.
• Performs additional work as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Assists in the formulation of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.
