Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year related experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• High attention to detail with numbers.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of rubber molded parts.
• Demonstrated willingness to complete tasks to support production objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber molding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Start and observe press operation; adjust controls as required.
• Perform work in compliance with safety, environmental and quality expectations.
• Apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
