Job summary

HMH has an opening for a Production Operator in Humble, TX. This role supports high‑volume rubber molding operations in a fast-paced plant environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures. You will set up equipment, interpret blueprints, and monitor presses with supervision.

A forklift certification and experience with Oracle or SAP are a plus. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and timely output, with regular attendance and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years related experience.
• Desired: 2+ years related experience.
• Certified to operate a forklift.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber molding equipment.
• Read blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces.
• Start and observe press operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance molding and adjust press controls as required.
• Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations.
• Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to meet consistent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and noisy work environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
