Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is hiring for an on-site production associate responsible for compounding, weighing, and mixing raw materials with strict adherence to safety and procedures. You will monitor equipment, ensure clean changeovers, and contribute to efficient production flow across shifts.

The role requires basic math, color discernment for quality checks, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus, with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; competency assessment may be considered in lieu of education.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly; attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Check raw materials for contamination using color perception; weigh and mix as specified.
• Inspect scales and operate equipment per procedures.
• Ensure mixer is clean between batches and prevent contamination.
• Load raw materials and oil into mixer; monitor mixing conditions.
• Maintain efficient flow of machines and report issues to supervision.
• Follow PPE rules; lock-out/tag-out when equipment is down.
