Job summary

Steadfast Employment is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing process by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. This role operates rotating 12-hour shifts and emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will work with a team, follow instructions, and record production data. A high school diploma is preferred and pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds regularly. Frequent standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to work in varying temperatures or environments depending on production area.

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts. Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
