Job summary

Ripple Glass in Kansas City is looking for an Operator to ensure installations perform according to procedures and policies. You will monitor production processes, perform quality checks, and handle equipment adjustments.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with forklift operation skills. This is a permanent position offering various medical and life insurance benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – read and comprehend.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle and adjust installations according to existing procedures.
• Serve pumps, open/close taps and fix alerts.
• Analyze and perform quality checks of products.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure compliance.
• Control production amount and perform auxiliary tasks.
• Assist in small maintenance activities.
• Input relevant production data into IT systems.
• Ensure use of personal protective equipment.
