Job summary

The Mentholatum Company in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a Packaging Associate to join our production team. You will perform manual packaging tasks, load materials, and ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs as part of a lean manufacturing environment.

The role offers multiple shifts, a starting rate of $18–$24 per hour with 8% and 10% second/third shift differentials, and the chance to contribute to quality and productivity on fast-moving packaging lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely work on packaging lines.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (sitting, standing, walking, lifting, etc).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual packaging and load finished goods onto pallets per packaging instructions.
• Act as a team member on production lines, follow the Line Operator directions, and maintain quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain a neat, clean and safe work area following Lean 5S procedures.
