This Production Operator role is based on-site in Hazlet, USA, for the First Shift and involves operating machinery along a production line, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the shift.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to weigh ingredients accurately while working with floor scales and meters to monitor outputs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure specifications.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep area clean.
• Monitoring & Efficiency: Optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
• Reporting & Documentation: Record materials used and products produced.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
