This Production Operator role is based on-site in Hazlet, USA, for the First Shift and involves operating machinery along a production line, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the shift.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to weigh ingredients accurately while working with floor scales and meters to monitor outputs.

Job Summary

As Production Operator you will operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. You may be expected to handle heavy machinery. This position is fully onsite in Hazlet, USA for the First Shift.

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing machinery, including extruders or computer-controlled tools.


• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications, using tools like automatic optical inspectors.


• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and keep the work area clean.


• Monitoring & Efficiency: Monitor production processes to optimize performance, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.


• Reporting & Documentation: Record data regarding materials used and products produced, ensuring accurate documentation.


• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations to prevent hazards.

Salary Ranges: 34,916.00 - 49,880.00 USD
