Short Summary: The Extruder Operator works as a team to run and maintain assigned extruder machines to produce quality components.

Expected Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

What Success Looks Like:

• Assists with set up of equipment and completes changeovers timely
• Produce and use Material Identification labels/computer
• Identify quality product prior to packaging
• Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day
• Maintains good housekeeping practices, in compliance with 5S Standards
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers
• Follows established procedures and guidelines, including standard work and safety policies

What You Bring:

• One or more years of experience, manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to read and understand packaging layouts
• Ability to operate hand tools and other equipment as required
