Job summary

Clean Tech Recycling is seeking a Production Operator in Dundee, MI. The role pays $20.25 per hour with Sundays at $40.50, and features a 3-2-2-3 schedule with nights 7pm-7:30am.

Direct hire with 401k, PTO, and medical benefits are offered, plus opportunities for advancement and overtime. Responsibilities include operating recycling equipment, performing basic maintenance, leading changeovers, ensuring quality, feeding materials, and maintaining a clean, 5S-compliant work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner.
• Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities.
• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin.
• Operate forklift to move materials as needed.
• Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
