Job summary

Clean Tech Recycling in Dundee, MI is seeking a Factory Maintenance Technician to service machinery and optimize operations at our recycling plant. This role offers a direct hire with paid training and a clear promotion pathway.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, participate in changeovers, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This position runs on a 3-2-2-3 shift, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
