Production Operator – Night Shift

Location: Stephenson County, IL

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 4:30PM – 5:00AM (weekends as needed)

Pay: $20/hour

Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by safely producing, packaging, and inspecting food‑grade products in accordance with company quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and package food‑grade powders using heat sealing methods
• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times
• Perform routine quality checks and accurately complete required documentation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from operators, leads, and supervisors
• Assist with general production duties and other tasks as assigned
