4-Day Workweek, 10-hours shifts.
Starting Pay: $23+ per hour (compensation will be determined by shift schedule, relevant experience, and the interview process)
Pay Type: Hourly rate with overtime pay, paid bi-weekly
Work Setting: Onsite, production/warehouse environment
Core Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Noon to 10pm (with available overtime as needed)

The Feed Production Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing and packaging high‑quality feed and mineral products. This role operates production equipment, follows established procedures, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports daily plant operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to producing consistent, high‑quality products while contributing to efficient plant operations.
