• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed written production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Material Preparation: Measure and prepare specific quantities of materials for production.
• Production Equipment: Operate and monitor automated processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Packaging Equipment: Run and monitor high-speed automated packaging machinery.
• Process Monitoring: Identify production issues and make basic adjustments.
• Quality Checks: Verify materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Production Documentation: Record material, production, and downtime information.
• Changeovers: Participate in start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Perform minor troubleshooting and escalate as necessary.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
