Laborup in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking Production Operators for a modern, large-scale consumer packaged goods facility. The role offers multiple shift options and opportunities to cross-train across material preparation, processing equipment, and automated packaging.

You will measure and prepare materials, operate and monitor equipment, and help ensure quality and safety. This is a direct-hire, full-benefit role with clear growth across production stages.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare specific quantities of materials for production.
• Operate and monitor automated processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Run and monitor high-speed automated packaging machinery.
• Identify production issues and make basic equipment or process adjustments.
• Verify materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Accurately record material, production, and downtime information.
• Participate in equipment start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Move raw materials, finished products, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and elevate equipment problems when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
