Job summary

Laborup is hiring Production Operators for a modern consumer packaged goods facility in Mount Juliet, TN. The role offers a 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) with potential 2nd shift opportunities, cross-training across production steps, and paths to broaden manufacturing skills.

The position is full-time, direct-hire with full benefits, and requires reliability, the ability to learn new equipment, and strong teamwork on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability, strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and production processes.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift/move materials safely.
• Follow instructions, work safely and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products on the production floor.
• Feed materials into equipment and assist machine operators with tasks.
• Perform basic quality checks and clean/sanitize equipment and areas.
• Follow safety and GMP procedures and report issues to supervisors.
