Responsibilities

• Works safely and effectively in a team environment
• Performs pre-shift checklist on equipment and surroundings
• Keeps work space clean and organized
• Documents shift and machine performance; looks for improvements
• Trains new team members
• Operates equipment: Sweeper, forklift, front end loader, skid steer, articulating lift
• Attends meetings and trainings as needed
• Troubleshoots equipment and production issues
• Performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment
• Operates hand tools and supports general housekeeping
