Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead.
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies.
  • Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else.
  • Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.
  • Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
  • Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol.
  • Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.
  • Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle.
  • Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
  • Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished items
  • Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues

Job Summary

This is for Max Operator II TSD

Production Operators are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team. As a Production Operator-Mix II, you are responsible for keeping up with the demands while operating safely.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies
  • Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else.
  • Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.
  • Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
  • Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol.
  • Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.
  • Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle.

Required Skills, Education, Experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements

Physical activities may occasionally include:

  • Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate)

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
