Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Production Operator-Mix II to join our team. You will keep mix equipment running efficiently and follow all safety protocols while working to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting products, recording data, and labeling finished items. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Operator-Mix II, you are responsible for keeping up with the demands while operating safely.Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficienciesFollow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else.Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.Load and unload items from machines and dollies.Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol.Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle.Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished itemsAssist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issuesRequired Skills, Education, Experience:Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead.
