Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or production.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret basic instructions.
• Attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work shift and overtime as required.
• Must pass hair follicle drug test and background check; legally eligible to work in the US.
• Safety-conscious and able to promote health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates hand and/or power equipment to meet production standards.
• Runs machinery and controls equipment for smooth production processes.
• Moves raw materials to designated areas to keep production running.
• Follows all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operates forklift or other mobile equipment for material handling.
• Operates packing and banding machines to prepare products for shipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
