Job summary

Ring Container Technologies in Little Rock, AR seeks a production operator to run machinery safely and efficiently, document activities, and communicate issues to staff. The role aims to produce high quality containers in a fast paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform maintenance and line changeovers, collect quality data, follow GMP and safety rules, and participate in continuous improvement. Training on plant processes and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sense of urgency, accountability and professionalism.
• Ability to act as Person In Charge when needed.
• Willingness to participate in plant teams and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently per schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Capture quality measurements and ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintain production reporting documentation.
• Follow GMP, safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Support OEE improvement and changeovers.
