Responsibilities

• Operates production line equipment following work and safety instructions.
• Works to meet production targets for volume, cost, safety, and quality.
• Shares information and techniques with team members to aid training.
• Assists in troubleshooting shop floor equipment, materials, and processes.
• Monitors equipment and systems to detect non-routine issues and prevent delays.
• Loads materials into production systems and operates automation as assigned.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and safe.
• Provides feedback to leaders for process improvements.
• Lifts materials and tools manually as needed for machine loading/unloading.
