Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience mixing raw materials in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Committed team worker with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment to produce products per prescribed standards, minimizing waste and production loss.
• Maintain KPIs including OEE and Quality standards.
• Set up production line and CIP cleaning; ensure hygiene and sanitation.
• Maintain clean work area and machine surfaces; keep areas dry and organized.
• Gather ingredients, verify recipe, and mix batches according to specifications.
• Deliver samples to laboratory and transfer batches to tanks.
• Create and update production, quality, safety documentation and SOPs.
