Job summary

Cretex Medical in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a Production Operator III to support the Stamping unit. You will produce parts, monitor quality, and document results while following work instructions and prints. The role includes machine procedures and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The shift is Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:30am. Qualified candidates will have 3 years of manufacturing experience and 2+ years operating grinders/CNC machines, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Ability to collaborate and participate in meetings.
• Ability to cross train in other areas of production.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• 2+ years of grinder/CNC machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints.
• Visual inspection of parts using a microscope or visual tools.
• Inspect and monitor quality per visual and dimensional requirements.
• Accurately record and report quantities.
• Support and comply with ISO and medical device quality requirements.
