Cretex Medical in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a Production Operator III to support the Stamping unit. You will produce parts, monitor quality, and document results while following work instructions and prints. The role includes machine procedures and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The shift is Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:30am. Qualified candidates will have 3 years of manufacturing experience and 2+ years operating grinders/CNC machines, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Production Operator III Position Summary

The Production Operator will support the Stamping business unit and in this role you will be responsible for producing, monitoring, measuring, and cleaning component parts. This position will also perform machine procedures and processes.

This positions shift schedule Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am

Responsibilities

Production Operator III Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints ensuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs, chemical handling in certain areas and forms are being used
• Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts
• Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements
• Accurately record and report quantities
• Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Qualifications

Production Operator III Position Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing role
• Ability to collaborate and assist team members, provide input to the area lead and attend and participate in meetings
• Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required
• Ability to use basic hand tools, basic measurement equipment, and production processes
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• 2+ years of grinder/CNC machine operating experience

Production Operator III Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

Pay Range Details

Thispayrange reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency,offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.

Pay Range Details:

• Production Operator Assembler II: $19.00 - 22.00
• Production Operator Assembler III: $20.00 - 24.50
