Job summary

Cretex Medical is a leading contract manufacturer of precision components for the medical device industry. The company is seeking a Production Operator/Assembler to perform basic to advanced machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes.

Successfully applying candidates will read and follow English work instructions, engage in a fast-paced team environment, and uphold safety and quality standards. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; clean room knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; higher level roles will require more years.
• Experience using a microscope for stamping and molding implant roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components using microscopes, gauges, calipers, and other measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas and support ISO/CGMP requirements.
• Operate and maintain basic to advanced production equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
