Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Louisville is seeking a Production Operator II to support day-to-day operations on our bottle production lines. You will manage equipment start/stop, perform minor adjustments, update logs, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) and manufacturing experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a Total Rewards program designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's Degree
• Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (2+ years)
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines (2+ years)

Responsibilities

• Maintain production line equipment including starting/stopping of palletizers, carton makers/sealers, and other devices
• Perform minor adjustments to production equipment with approval as required
• Accurately complete and update hourly inspection forms and logs
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow safety rules, using PPE as required
• Keep work areas clean and organized, manage materials for continuous production
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance as needed
• Understand Oracle/MES or current order management system
• Communicate issues clearly and work across teams
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
