Job summary

Airgas is hiring for a Production Operator II in Salinas, CA. You will work to safely and efficiently perform daily plant operations, including filling, inspecting, and analyzing industrial, cryogenic, and medical gas cylinders, while complying with safety, DOT, FDA, and OSHA standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lb regularly, operate warehouse equipment, and document quality checks. We offer competitive pay of $25.00–$26.00 per hour and a full benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
• Able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with aid of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fill, inspect, and analyze industrial, cryogenic, and medical gas cylinders.
• Maintain safety with DOT, FDA, and OSHA standards while ensuring high product quality.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Coordinate documentation and complete quality control sheets per standards.
• Label cylinders accurately and maintain awareness of hazards related to gases.
