Job summary

Airgas in Salinas, CA is hiring a Production Operator II to safely fill, inspect, and analyze industrial, cryogenic, and medical gas cylinders. You will ensure compliance with safety, DOT, FDA, and OSHA standards while maintaining high product quality and handling hazardous materials.

You will work with plant operations, monitor equipment, perform safety checks, load/unload cylinders, operate forklift and warehouse equipment, and document quality checks to support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fill, inspect, and analyze industrial, cryogenic, and medical gas cylinders.
• Adhere to DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas safety procedures; perform safety checks.
