Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid or cool environments depending on assigned tasks
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper line speeds
• Report and correct unsafe acts or conditions
• Check quality standards (seals, code date, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, temperature)
• Record keeping in manual, computer, and other systems
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the work area
• Perform line production duties at each station
• Conduct minor maintenance, change-overs, set-ups, lubrication, etc.
• Relieve other personnel as needed
• Support Total Quality culture and participate in SQDCM meetings
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in Quality Suite and OEE applications
• Perform sanitation duties and support TPM functions as required
• Attend daily Oscar meetings
• Apply KHMS practices such as 5S, shift hand-offs, problem solving
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Primarily indoor environment with regulated heating and cooling; cooler temperatures inside the filling room

Qualifications

• Ability to acquire Fork Truck License

Physical Requirements

• Perform bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity for operating and maintaining equipment
