The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Production Associate II to work at our facility in Springfield, MO. Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid or cool environments depending on assigned tasks
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Work Schedule:

We are a 24/7 facility offering 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour rotating shifts. Schedule depends on the position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper line speeds
• Report and correct unsafe acts or conditions
• Check quality standards: seals, code date, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, temperature
• Record keeping on manual, computer, and other systems
• Maintain housekeeping and quality standards
• Perform line production duties at each station
• Perform maintenance functions: change-overs, set-ups, minor repairs, lubrication
• Relieve other personnel as needed
• Support Total Quality culture and participate in SQDCM meetings
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in Quality Suite and OEE applications
• Perform sanitation duties and support TPM functions
• Attend daily Oscar meetings
• Apply KHMS practices such as 5S, shift hand-offs, problem solving
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Primarily indoors, with temperature variations in certain areas

Qualifications:

• Ability to acquire Fork Truck License

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity for equipment operation and disassembly
