Assistant Operators: 2nd and 3rd shift

Starting pay: $16.50 plus applicable shift differential.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure.
2. Understand and adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
3. Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
4. Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping and helping to supply line for production.
5. Assist with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation.
6. Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas.
7. Help perform routine preventative maintenance.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
3. High awareness toward safety.
4. Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
5. Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

1. Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
2. Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 30lbs.
3. Eye/hand coordination.
