Job summary

Enersys is seeking a Plant 2 EOL/Formation B and D Shift role in Springfield, MO to perform assembly-related tasks and operate production equipment. You will follow ISO and safety procedures, inspect materials for defects, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills, with manufacturing experience preferred. This full-time on-site position offers repetitive physical work with exposure to PPE and safety

Qualifications

• Basic math including subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and operate equipment
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment
• Follow department instructions and procedures
• Visually inspect material for defects
• Control scrap
• Record production as required
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness
• Follow ISO, environmental, and safety procedures
• Perform mechanical work with hand/power tools
• Pack and secure materials for transport
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets and liaise with maintenance to minimize downtime
