Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production operator to operate basic machinery, load and unload materials, monitor processes, and perform routine maintenance in a clean, safe work area.

You will follow SOPs, report issues to supervision, assist in troubleshooting, and work with a team to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety policies and company standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to use ERP systems are valuable, and you may be asked to perform
