Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to operate basic machinery in a production setting. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report any issues to supervision while keeping work area clean and safe.

The role requires ability to follow SOPs, basic math, and ERP familiarity, with fluent English and teamwork. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus a shift premium, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).

This position starts at $17.00 per hour, and employees also receive a shift premium on top of their base pay.
