Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Operator I to join our industry leading team. Expect a safety and quality focused environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. You will rack parts, follow procedures, inspect machinery, and support continuous improvement while lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Basic reading, writing, computer and math skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. while standing for long periods.
