Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Production Operator for our Columbus, GA facility. The role starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment according to the established production schedule.

Three operator levels (I-III) are available; advancement depends on experience and the ability to troubleshoot and solve machine issues to keep cycles efficient. Candidates must be able to work safely, maintain quality and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to follow standard work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment safely.
• Meet or exceed production output per schedule.
• Maintain product quality and conformity.
• Record production data on forms/documentation.
• Report malfunctions to a supervisor and participate in preventive maintenance.
