Job summary

Humic Growth Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Operator I–III to safely operate equipment and processes in humic powder production. You will support material handling, liquid and batch processing, granulation, drying and quality control documentation while following SOPs.

This role advances through Tier I–III based on skills, certifications and leadership. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, and manufacturing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Safety policies and procedures must be followed.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn production equipment and processes.
• Able to work in a physically demanding industrial setting.
• Proficiency with quality control documentation and logs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment per SOPs.
• Complete production activity sheets, logs, and QC documentation.
• Support material handling, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Identify and report safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel.
